In this sector work of various type is carried out on metals such as steel, stainless steel, iron, aluminium, copper, brass and other materials such as marble, wood, glass, ceramics, plastics and so on.

Guided all the time by rigorous quality control procedures, we move from the design stage through the divers phases of execution until we arrive at the final product, be it an individual item or mass produced articles.

The phases in the production process include:

• procurement of the raw materials or unfinished items;
• cutting of materials with variety of machine tools depending on the task at hand- water cutters, plasma cutting and/or acetylene torches, hand held saws or CNC, panel cutting equipment and so on;
• finishing work on the cut items with specially designed tools;
• shaping with machine tools such as folding machines etc.;
• turning through the use of a numerically controlled turning machine;
• calendaring through CNC work unit;
• milling and boring through a CNC work unit;
• coupling and welding with MIG and TIG computerised welding tools;
• checking and cleaning/polishing of the joints through the use of special equipment;
• varnishing the produced items through the use of a water based varnishing machine in respect of the latest EU environmental standards.
